About me
Leah Stayer is an Educational Consultant with Curriculum Associates. She received her B.A. in Education from Indiana State University and her M.S.E. in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. In Indiana, she taught students for ten years in elementary, middle school, and blended learning classrooms, served as a mentor teacher and a team leader. She worked as an interventionist where she learned the impact of data on effective instruction. Her experiences prepared her to support school districts across the country. For the last ten years, she has partnered with school leaders and teachers to create and implement data driven intervention programs and integrate researched, best practices. Before joining Curriculum Associates, she worked as a curriculum designer at The University of Mississippi School of Medicine integrating courses in medical education. Leah has two teenagers and became very interested in autism and inclusion when her son was diagnosed 12 years ago. She enjoys working with teachers to support student engagement, literacy, behavior therapy, and co-teaching in inclusion settings!
