About me
Abby has been a World Language teacher for 12 years. While teaching in Kentucky, Abby assisted in the development of proficiency-based world language curriculum for the state of Kentucky. In Indiana, Abby served as past president of the Indiana Network for Early Language Learning, and as the social media editor for the Indiana Foreign Language Teachers Association (IFLTA). She is a member of the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) and IFLTA. Abby has also presented at both state and national world language conferences on language acquisition, literacy, interculturality and mindfulness in the world language classroom. She has led middle school trips to Perú, Costa Rica and Spain.
