This approach fosters a deeper understanding of a specific topic or behavior (in this case, Executive Functioning) by engaging participants in real-world, case-based learning, which helps to increase knowledge, improve perceptions and attitudes, and expand the application of strategies grounded in Evidence-Based Practices. This is an introductory session of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) focusing onan overview of UDL principles, emphasizing Multiple Means of Representation, Engagement, and Expression. Participants would explore the concept of "unlearning" traditional teaching methods to accommodate diverse learners effectively by focusing on assessts and eliminating barriers that inhibit learning.  The session supports changes in education that foster and ensure equity and access for ALL learners and will empower participants to incorporate UDL into their teaching practices and enhance learning outcomes for all students.
